Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping service selected. You’ll see the exact fee before confirming your purchase—no surprises. Rates may vary between domestic and international destinations, and promotional or free-shipping offers apply only where explicitly stated.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to over 40 countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and select parts of Asia. While we’re continually expanding our reach, we do not offer global shipping at this time. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, unfortunately, we’re unable to fulfill orders there. Please check our website regularly—we frequently update supported regions as logistics partnerships evolve.
Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order within 1–15 business days. This includes quality checks, packaging, and label generation. Please note that processing begins only after payment verification is complete—delays in bank clearance or payment review may extend this window slightly.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, international delivery typically takes 3–21 business days, depending on your destination and carrier performance. Transit times do not include order processing. Keep in mind that remote locations, customs procedures, and seasonal demand (e.g., holidays) may affect actual arrival dates.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we do not support splitting a single order across multiple shipping addresses. Each order must be shipped to one verified address. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders—this also ensures accurate tracking and timely handling for each shipment.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We’re unable to ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Our carriers require a physical street address with verifiable delivery access for security and tracking reliability. If you use a military or remote mailing system, we recommend providing an alternative civilian address where possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VAT is collected at checkout for applicable regions, ensuring transparent pricing. However, import duties, customs fees, and additional local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed upon arrival. We cannot predict or prepay these amounts, nor can we influence customs decisions or clearance timelines.
Order Tracking
Yes—we provide full tracking for every order. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor real-time progress. Most carriers update status daily, and you’ll be notified at key milestones: shipped, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive for reliable delivery, unforeseen circumstances—including severe weather, customs inspections, carrier network disruptions, or holiday volume—can cause delays. If your package hasn’t updated in over 7 business days post-shipment, or if it’s marked “lost” by the carrier, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
